Alexander “Whip” Baudin
Owner & VP Project Management
Mr. Baudin has over 40 years project management, estimating and removal/remediation experience with 35 years management experience directing commercial and government projects valued at more than $25M. He has been program manager for 750+ site assessments, site closures, emergency responses, and remediation projects for clients including the EPA, USACE, Army, Air Force, DOE, and DEQ. Additionally, Mr. Baudin has directed personnel in the execution of environmental hazardous waste removal, disposal activities, and construction projects for commercial and governmental clients.
Mr. Baudin develops quality assurance project plans; site and spill safety plans and manages site operations during hazardous removals including excavation and restoration, facility decontamination, waste characterization, and disposal projects. He directs and manages resources, equipment and materials; resolves conflicts; interfaces with stockholders; and ensures technical quality and compliant execution of all deliverables. He has supervised environmental cleanup efforts including major emergency responses to crude oil, flammables, and reactive chemicals. He has coordinated the dismantlement, demolition and remediation of approximately 300+ residential and 500+ commercial properties.
Richard Haik
Owner & VP Procurement/Bidding
Mr. Haik was a 33 year career as an Accountant, Louisiana Notary Public and Business fields with an emphasis on cost accounting, procurement, contracts, bid analysis, ROI, supply management, budgeting, reporting and reconciliations of financial accounting. Strong working knowledge among all modules of accounting (PR, AP, AR, Job Cost, Fixed Assets, Statistical Analysis, Responsibility Analysis, General Ledger, Financial) for CPFF, FFP, on rapid response contracts, railroad contracts, distribution and manufacturing operations. In depth knowledge of time studies, writing and adhering to policies and procedures. Excellent working knowledge of costing analysis. Prepared capital and operating budgets for $100 million dollar operations employing as many as 1,000 workers. Superior working knowledge of mainframes, Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0, Microsoft Office ( all modules) and personal computer networks.
